Installing linux on USB stick(live cd distro)

Pranaam to all bhai ji _/\_

In this post  we will learn , how to make bootable  USB stick so that we can install/boot live linux from it

we need 2 things
1.Unetbootin software which will help us to make USB bootable and burn ISO files on USB
here is the download link for Unetbootin

windows version
http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/unetbootin-windows-latest.exe

linux version
http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/unetbootin-linux-latest

mac version
http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/unetbootin-mac-latest.zip
download one according to your OS(host OS in which you have booted)

2.Linux iso whose bootable USB we want
for example
i want to make bootable of BackBox linux (iso link http://mirror3.mirror.garr.it/mirrors/backbox/backbox-3.05-i386.iso)
so lets start
Plugin USB and open Unetbootin, browse your USB

now browse your ISO from Unetbootin

now click ok button to proceed installation

you will get screen like this one, which means our usb gonna become bootable medium for linux :)

and finally when you receive this screen , means usb has been burn with iso files and we can boot Linux
from usb 8-)

Restart your system and change boot sequence preference to your usb and enjoy
